Be Like Elon Musk! How To Get Fat Making Billions With The Government
“You guys [Billionaires] got fat while everybody [ME &YOU] starved on the street.”-Frank White, King of New York
How much did your net worth and/or cash flow growth during the pandemic? What percentage did your net worth and/or cash flow grow during the pandemic?
My guess is not as much as the billionaires. The good news is, that through strategic planning and partnerships, you can make and grow your billions in the next few years.*
How?
By doing what all these billionaires do; sell products/services to the government!
Overall, the government contracting industry is a huge part of the economy in America. The federal government and state governments spend billions of dollars each year on contracts for goods and services. I believe that this industry has created many millionaires, but at the same time, it has left many people starving on the street.
Let's take billionaire Elon Musk as an example. Yes, Joe Rogan’s weed-smoking partner. Yes, the Twitter troll and owner himself!
Although Musk has no problems throwing the government under the bus, his companies also have no problems taking money from the same government through contracting.
Indeed, Musk (under the guise of his companies) signed contracts with the federal government, and he got billions of dollars in return. The rest of us were getting fat off stimulus checks.
3 Tips For Success
Unfortunately, many people think that the government contracting business is reserved for big corporations and they’re too small or inexperienced to get in on the action. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Here are 3 tips you can start to implement now to put yourself in the game
Get Your Business Together: I don’t know if you will believe me, but I have to tell you. A lot of the businesses started in the USA are not in compliance with government regulations thus, they do not qualify to do business with the government. At the very least, you will need 1. An EIN 2. an operating agreement 3. a Dun and Bradstreet number. 4. A solid business plan. 5. Great financials.
Educate Yourself: One thing the government does well in this space is education. Indeed, there is almost TOO much education in space. The best resource is the Small Business Administration. Ensure you do everything the SBA tells you to do to qualify for contracting opportunities.
Build Your Team: These are the members of your team that I think everyone serious about being successful in business should have 1. A mentor in the space. 2. A business lawyer. 3. An accountant.
