I'm a business attorney, entrepreneur, adjunct professor, and AI consultant — the combination is intentional, not accidental. Through The Bethea Law Firm, LLC, I handle trademark registration, business formation, government contracting, and M/WBE certification for founders who are done guessing and ready to build with precision. Outside the firm, I consult on AI integration, teach at the university level, and develop legal products that put real systems in the hands of small business owners.
